Now, the report will be parsed and read and re-read and interpreted and decoded and in any way possible that can be used to cast doubt on the 2020 election cycle.
The democrats cannot run against the state of the union as Trump has done miracles with the economy, foreign affairs and morale in general. They have little to find fault with legitimately. Actually there can be obstruction withour a crime.
Suppose you and a woman not your wife were witness to a murder as you left a restaurant. Police track you down from your automobile plate. You admit to your presence but truthfully say you are unable to describe the killer. The police ask if there was anyone with you who might have better information and you say you were alone.
YOU committed no crime but obstruction.
