2. Grab a 5 lb potato sack with each hand & extend your arms side ways . when you can hold your arms out stretched for at least a minute then…..
3,Repeat the above first with a 10 lb potato sack then a 20 , 50 & lastly a 100 lb sack.After mastering this………
4. Now comes the hard part …put a potato in each sack & begin to work your way up until the sack is full.

My wife of many years strongly believes every man over the age of 60 (as I am) should carry a hand mirror with him so that he can take a good, hard look at himself every time he finds himself ogling any woman younger than 30. Tried it once – guess the 30 year old who lives somewhere in the recesses of my mind isn’t externally visible!
