A Dallas salon owner was thrown in jail this week by a local judge after defying state restrictions ordering her business remain closed. Shelly Luther was fined $7,000 and ordered to seven days in jail by District Court Judge Eric Moye on Tuesday whose ruling has since become a nationwide controversy highlighting the growing tensions under lockdowns where government-mandated closings are throwing millions out of work.
Eric, you are an asshole. Here’s your award. Too bad none of these judges and politicians aren’t thrown out of work. We really need to revive tar and feathers.

Representative Gov’t requires that citizens are treated in the same manner as their representative leaders in Gov’t. Such is lost when a judge in office being paid jails someone, saying “You’re different, you don’t get to work to get paid and support yourself, like me.”

I have friends here in Commiefornia who’re sayin’ that not much is happenin’ in the civil courts while this is goin’ on. How much you wanna bet that those judges are still gettin’ paid?
Good news, here. Ted Cruz and a bunch of others are backing this lady, with her release ordered by the Texas Supreme Court and the state Lt. Gov. offering to pay her fine—AND serve her sentence.
