Howard is in a tough reelection battle and needs to gin up the black vote so he has decided to throw the book at the cop who shot “family man” Rayshard Brooks. The investigation isn’t even finished but Howard needs the votes. People are saying the case will be laughed out of court, but the jury will consist of Fulton County voters so they’re wrong.
