She played it pretty well but needed to practice just a little bit more. There were few little slips in there.
And now played much faster on harpsichord.

In a way, she was much too slow, and Scott was much too fast. But I still enjoyed both performances.
Scott Ross had a fascinating career. He was the first musician to record all 555 Harpsichord Scarlatti Sonatas. He also was a pianist and played much baroque music with the same proficiency. Sadly, he died in 1989 at the age of 38. I’ll forgive him for having nothing good to say about Glenn Gould.
Had to go look up info on Ross. To say that Glenn Gould could not play Bach? I guess I must be crazy because I love to listen to Glenn Gould play Bach. Sad to see such a brilliant musician such as Ross die at 38. Another victim of AIDS.
