There are a lot of people on our side who think Trump is gonna do sumpin’ drastic akin to Casear crossing the Rubicon. True the parallels are there.
Back in 49 BC, Cato and his ilk were waiting for Caesar to lay down his proconsulship of Gaul so they could charge him with treason and ruin him. Likewise the chattering Catos of the Dimocrat Party are waiting for Trump to leave office so they can ruin him.
You think the Dimocrats won’t try to ruin him? JHFC, that’s all they’ve been trying to do for the last four years. Now, they’ll be able to get his tax returns. With Trump out of office there will be nothing to stop them. Of course, they’ll prolly be OK, but that won’t stop the Biden administration from siccing the IRS on him. As we saw during the Clinton and Obungler administrations, the IRS was politicized and used against their enemies.
There are also other things the Dimocrats will try. No one in the Trump family will be safe. Trump may even have to leave the country.
So, like Caesar before him, Trump may have to cross the Rubicon. Ain’t gonna happen. What can Trump do? Seize power in a coup? Do you think the military would stand for that? Nope! They might have to postpone a few SHARP classes but they wouldn’t allow a coup.
Even in the wake of blatant voter fraud, do you think the Republican legislatures of Georgia and Pennsylvania will assert themselves and appoint Republican electors? Nope. They don’t have the spines to do that.
Do you think this election will wind up in the Supreme Court? Nope. Ain’t gonna happen.
We are stuck with Gropey Joe as long as Jill can keep him upright. Then it will be horizontal Harris.

What kind of trouble can The Donald make before they show him the door? I’d like to think he’s got some pretty sharp folks that can build some sort of Pandora’s box that will take Gropey Joe a while to undo. Would give the press something to piss and moan about also!
It seems likely that the machinery will eject Trump from office, and then try to harass him, and anyone who supported him, in every possible way. If that’s the way it plays out, I do hope Trump would push back, perhaps by asserting leadership over the Republican Party and/or running his own news organization. Too many people in this country believe the election wasn’t legit, so Trump would have a lot of populist backing. It wouldn’t stop the scumbag Democrats from pushing full steam ahead with their radical program, but it might throw some pretty big wrenches into this machinery. I wouldn’t rule out the possibility, anyway.
Oh, and although Sidney Powell has made some pretty bold claims, and I could certainly believe them, I have yet to see clear evidence of the Kraken. The evidence I’d want is to grab one of those Dominion machines and demonstrate how it cheated, or at the very least show it doing something clearly inappropriate (such as reaching out onto the web for coded commands from the mothership). A theory and statistical anomaly isn’t enough; we really do need that smoking gun. Giuliani’s giving us evidence with some solid traction; I don’t think Powell has done that, at least not yet.
My prediction is that Creepy Joe will last two years and one day, then Harris will complete the first term with the eligibility to run twice for reelection.

Not sure why everybody thinks Harris might even get a second term, assumin’ she finishes out Slow Joe’s first. As much as the Lefties loves ’em some token minorities, once they’ve “broken the glass ceiling” with a POC Woman, I’d venture to guess that there’ll be another Old White Man who’ll rise up, with a “spook by the door” as runnin’ mate that’ll emerge.

My thinkin’ was more along the lines of somebody else bein’ favored by the Party. Once Harris makes a token appearance, she’ll have served her purpose and can be eased out. I doubt ol’ Willie Brown wields enough influence outside Commiefornia Democratic politics to keep her around for long.

I keep hearing these jackasses calling for Trump to be arrested but they never seem to specify exact what crime(s) he’s committed. There have also been speculation that he might pardon himself. I dunno if that’s even possible but if it were it would be a defacto admission of some culpability. Neither is ever likely to happen, these people are just high on their own fumes. Meanwhile Hillary, whose crimes are well documented remains free as a bird.
